Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking & Cancellation

Full payment required at check-in unless otherwise stated.
No cancellation charges if canceled 7 days before check-in.
50% refund for cancellations made 3–6 days prior to check-in.
No refund if canceled less than 3 days before check-in or in case of no-show.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: After 2:00 PM
Check-out: Before 12:00 PM

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must present a valid photo ID Proof at check-in.
Guests are responsible for damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

4. House Rules

Non-smoking policy applies in all areas except designated zones.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties or loud music are not allowed in guest rooms.

5. Liability & Modifications

The hotel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Guests must comply with local laws and customs.
The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued stay implies acceptance of changes.
